We get asked why our gear looks the way it does. Fair question. Here's the actual reasoning.
Built to last, because replacing things is wasteful
Heavyweight fleece. Ring-spun cotton. Reinforced seams. Real leather patches.
Cheap apparel is a hidden tax — you buy it three times. We'd rather you buy one hoodie that's still going in five years. That's stewardship, not marketing.
"Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much." (Luke 16:10)
Quiet branding on purpose
You'll notice our logos are usually small, and often subtle.
That's deliberate. Nobody wants to be a walking billboard, and loud Christian merch can put up a wall before you've said a word. We design pieces you'd wear because they look good — and the conversation starts because someone got curious, not because they were shouted at.
The best outcome for one of our tees isn't a compliment. It's a question.
Designed for actual use
The trail, the gym, the 5am start, the outreach in the cold. Our gear gets tested where it's meant to be worn. If a piece doesn't survive real use, it doesn't ship.
We're not designing for a photo. We're designing for a Tuesday in February on a street corner in Hamilton.
Print-on-demand, and why we're not apologetic about it
Every piece is made after you order it. That means no landfill of unsold inventory, no over-production, and no guessing.
Trade-off: it takes a little longer to arrive. We think that's worth it.
Where the money goes
This is the part that matters most.
SIX33 Outpost isn't a brand that donates a slice for good PR. It was built to fund mission from day one. Your order helps pay for:
- Free gospel festivals through Jesus Festival and the wider Jesus Festival Movement
- Weekly city outreach via Love on The World
- Disaster relief through Kingdom Response
- Free tools like Oikos Map and Kingdom Base
You can see the whole family of initiatives on our Kingdom Network page.
The point of a banner
In the Old Testament, an army's banner told you who they belonged to and where to rally. That's what this gear is.
Not a costume. A banner.
Seek first. Stay ready.
