From Hamilton to the Nations: The Impact of Love on The World, Jesus Festival and e3 Canada

Outreach groups in 12 cities, prayer for 36 nations, 10,000+ gathered at Jesus Festival, and early reports of 70+ salvations and 50+ baptisms in 2026. The story so far — and how to help write what's next.

Before Jesus ascended, He gave His followers a map:

"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth." — Acts 1:8

One city first. Then the region. Then the nations. It's the same pattern God has been unfolding through a handful of ordinary believers who started on a Hamilton street corner in 2014. Here's the impact so far — with the numbers as each ministry reports them — and where it's going next.

Quotations are from the ESV.

"In Jerusalem": one city, every week, since 2014

It began as Love on Hamilton: Daniel and Katie Ziedins on the streets of Hamilton, Ontario with food, prayer and the gospel. In Love on The World's own words, the team showed up "week after week — rain, snow, or heat": feeding the hungry, clothing the poor, praying for the sick, and sharing Jesus with anyone who would listen.

No platform. No budget. Just faithfulness.

"For whoever has despised the day of small things shall rejoice." — Zechariah 4:10

"In all Judea": 12 cities and counting

As word spread, believers in other cities asked how to start the same thing where they live. Between 2020 and 2022, Love on The World was established to help them — and according to its impact page, there are now:

  • Active outreach groups across 12 cities, meeting weekly for street outreach, prayer and practical compassion
  • Prayer going up for 36 nations
  • Free tools for every believer — an evangelism field guide, a city prayer-walk builder, a seven-day new-believer journey and prayer points for the nations

Newcomers need no experience to join a group — and anyone can apply to start a Love on [Your City] outreach where they live.

"The kingdom of heaven is like a grain of mustard seed that a man took and sowed in his field. It is the smallest of all seeds, but when it has grown it is larger than all the garden plants and becomes a tree." — Matthew 13:31–32

A city gathers: Jesus Festival

Then there's Jesus Festival — a free, family-friendly weekend of worship, testimonies, prayer and practical love at Gage Park in Hamilton. No tickets. No admission. As the festival puts it: everything is free, and that's the point.

By the festival's own count on its history page:

  • More than 10,000 people gathered across the 2024 and 2025 festivals
  • More than 6,000 hot dogs were given away freely over those two years

And at Jesus Festival 2026 (September 4–5), early reports counted:

  • 70+ people giving their lives to Jesus
  • 50+ baptisms — in a city park
  • 3,000+ free hot dogs and drinks served
  • Many testimonies of healing and freedom, with altar calls on both Friday and Saturday

2026 was also the first Jesus Festival Niagara, where the City lit Niagara Falls yellow in recognition of the festival. And through the Jesus Festival Movement, other cities can host their own.

It's hard to read those baptism numbers and not think of Pentecost: "So those who received his word were baptized" (Acts 2:41). Different century. Same Spirit.

"To the end of the earth": 100 multiplying groups

The next chapter is the biggest yet. Through Evangelize.World, the vision is to help establish 100 multiplying outreach groups around the world — ordinary believers, equipped and sent into their own communities.

That's where e3 Canada comes in. Daniel and Katie serve in partnership with e3 Canada and I Am Second — a ministry focused on equipping believers to evangelise and establish multiplying, life-changing churches. Training churches, raising up bold believers and launching groups that multiply is the engine that takes a Hamilton street ministry to the nations.

Culture, not just events: SIX33

Reaching a generation takes more than gatherings. It takes culture — the things people wear, follow, watch and aspire to.

That's the heart behind SIX33 — a Christian lifestyle and performance culture brand built on Matthew 6:33, coming soon. SIX33 is being built into a world: limited apparel drops, athletes and creators, events, stories and real-world impact. It's unashamedly a faith brand, and everyone is welcome — wherever they're at with faith.

And it's wired for impact from day one: a big part of SIX33's heart is raising funds for Love on The World, with the giving growing as the brand grows. No launch date has been announced — no fake countdowns. The way to be first through the door is to join the list at SIX33.World.

"Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven." — Matthew 5:16

(SIX33 Outpost, the store you're on now, shares the same verse and the same purpose: gear that funds the mission. Here's how our gear is made.)

Why the numbers matter — and why they don't

Every number above is a person. Seventy people who met Jesus. Fifty who went under the water and came up new. Thousands of families who came to a park and heard the gospel for free.

But the numbers are not the point. Faithfulness is. Nobody counted on that first night in 2014. They just showed up again the next week. "Let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up" (Galatians 6:9).

"For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD as the waters cover the sea." — Habakkuk 2:14

How to help write the next chapter

"The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few" (Luke 10:2). There's a part for you:

  1. Pray. Use the evangelism prayer guide and pray for the nations on LoveonTheWorld.com.
  2. Go. Find an outreach group near you — or start one in your city.
  3. Gather. Volunteer at, or sponsor, the next Jesus Festival. (2027 dates haven't been announced yet.)
  4. Partner. Give once or monthly to Daniel and Katie's work through e3 Canada: e3ministry.ca/staff/katie-daniel-ziedins.
  5. Wear it. Join the list at SIX33.World and the SIX33 Outpost field list — so the culture you carry funds the mission you believe in.

Meet the people behind it all at KD-Ziedins.com.
